HAF project – Summer 2022

This government-funded, holiday provision is for school aged children from reception to year 11 (inclusive) who receive benefits-related free school meals.

Benefits-related free school meals (FSM) are available to pupils if their parents are in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits, and have a claim verified by their school or local authority.

To book a funded HAF place at our camps, please see below for your local authority. PLEASE CHECK HOW MANY DAYS FREE YOU ARE ENTITLED TO AND IF YOU WANT TO BOOK MORE AND PAY FOR THEM, PLEASE DO THIS IS IN A SEPARATE BOOKING FROM YOUR HAF DAYS.

Please make sure you tell us if your child has any additional needs and fill in an All about Me form (see below) to email to bookings@funtastickids.co.uk or bring to camp with you.

Bracknell

Venue: Kings Academy, Oakwood Primary School and Binfield CE Primary

Please register with Bracknell Forest for your 16 codes, then return to our website, select your preferred camp and book online. You are entitled to 16 x 9.30-3.30 days in Bracknell this summer. When payment is due, select the HAF option and enter your codes or email them all to bookings@funtastickids.co.uk. A healthy lunch is included in your child’s day.

Reading

Venue: Whitley Park Primary School, Reading

To book a place at our Whitley Park camp, please register with Reading local authority for your code

When you have the code, please email bookings@funtastickids.co.uk to book your space. Your child will be entitled to attend 16 days over the summer holidays. Once children are settled into camps, we are going to split the children into two groups depending on age to ensure we meet the needs of the differing age groups and we know siblings sometimes need a break from each other!

A healthy lunch is included in your child’s day.

West Berkshire

Venues: Burghfield St Mary’s, Springfield Primary School, Falkland Primary School, Kennet Valley Primary School

Please speak to your school and ask them to email bookings@funtastickids.co.uk and give your details to them. Then book your space at one of our camps. When payment is due, select the HAF option and enter WBerks. Our team will then check your eligibility from the school emails. You are entitled to 16 x 9.30-3.30 days across the Summer holidays. Check our timetables for the activities on offer.

Wokingham

Venues: Alder Grove Primary School, Earley St Peter’s Primary, Emmbrook Infant School, Gorse Ride Junior School, Hatch Ride Primary School, Hawkedon Primary School, Hawthorns Primary School, Highwood Primary School, Loddon Primary School, Sonning CE Primary School.

Please register with Wokingham Local authority

Then book your space at one of our camps via our website. When payment is due, select the HAF option and enter the code you have been given by Wokingham Local Authority. You are entitled to 8 x9.30-3.30 days across the Summer holidays. A maximum of 2 days per week can be booked across the Summer. Wokingham Local Authority will also provide family fun days during the Summer break. Please visit their HAF page for details. Check our timetables for the activities on offer at our camps.

If you require additional days, these will need to be paid for by the parent/carer and a separate booking (from your HAF places) will need to be completed so payment method can be selected.
