Funtastic Kids offers the option to have a contract when booking your Wrap Around Childcare with us.

When a parent requires regular bookings (the same days each week) we would recommend having a contract.

A contract can be easily requested from your account.

Benefits

It takes away the stress of booking on a regular basis and missing your regular slots.
You can secure your child’s place over the term and school year.
You can pay for childcare on a monthly basis.

How to create a contract

Simply log in to your Funtastic Kids Account and click the tab that reads My Contracts.
Here you can create a contract, based on Breakfast Club and/or After School Club by selecting the days and times of the session you require. You will also need to select the starting date.
Once this has been created, your contract will come to the office for approval. We will check that we have the space available on a regular basis before it’s agreed. Once approved you will receive a confirmation email.

In the event we are unable to approve your contract, we will get in touch with you.

If your contract is part way through the month you will receive an immediate invoice for the remainder of that month, for immediate payment.

If your contract is not due to start until the following month or later, you will receive an email on the 23rd for the following months sessions.

Contracts are rolling monthly/ yearly/ termly (across school years) until you advise us you wish to stop the contract.

Payments/Invoices

When you have a contract, you receive a monthly invoice.

For Example: If you book for February, you will receive your email invoice on 23rd January.

On receipt of the emailed invoice, this is your opportunity to check the dates and session times are correct and email the office to make any amendments.

All amendments and cancellations must be done via the office by emailing bookings@funtastickids.co.uk

Notice Period

We require one full calendar month’s notice for Full Contract Cancellation. **This is not in conjunction with the academic year**

For Example:

  • If you give notice to cancel on 2nd August for September, unfortunately this won’t be possible as it has to be one full month’s notice. Here you would still be required to pay for September’s invoice until the end of the month. Your contract would be cancelled from the start of October.

  • If you want to cancel your contract for November, you must give notice by 30th September. 

Sickness

As per our normal Terms and Conditions we do not provide refunds or swap days for sickness.

As per our company policy we do not provide refunds – this is related to all bookings not just contracts.

Yes, you can have mixed After School Club sessions.
Yes, you can add siblings. First add them to your account then email bookings@funtastickids.co.uk and request the additional child to be added to the contract.

Not personally. All amendments must be done via the office so please email bookings@funtastickids.co.uk We ask that you DO NOT CREATE ANOTHER CONTRACT. Please note we are only able to make changes to your contract in the live month. For Example: If your October invoice has been created we can make changes. If you need dates changed for November or December, this is not possible until that month’s invoice has been generated in the system.
