HAF Project – Easter 2026
Please note: The details on this page apply to the Easter Holidays ONLY.
This government-funded, holiday provision is for school-aged children from Reception to Year 11 (inclusive) who receive benefits-related free school meals.
Benefits-related free school meals (FSM) are only available to pupils if their parents/carers are in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits, and have a claim verified by their school or local authority.
To book a funded HAF place at our camps, find the details for your local authority below.
PLEASE CHECK HOW MANY FUNDED DAYS AND HOURS YOU ARE ENTITLED TO. ANY ADDITIONAL HOURS/SESSIONS YOU REQUIRE MUST BE PAID FOR.
If you need to book and pay for additional sessions, please do this in a separate booking from your funded HAF days. Please contact bookings@funtastickids.co.uk for part bookings (for example, if you would like to pay for extra hours to be added to a HAF funded day).
You are unable to use your HAF code across all boroughs. You can only use the HAF code for Holiday Camps located in the borough that provided it to you.
PLEASE NOTE THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECLINE OR CANCEL ANY HAF BOOKING SHOULD YOU HAVE AN OUTSTANDING DEBT WITH US.
Please inform us if your child has any additional needs and fill in an All About Me form (see bottom of this webpage). Forms can be emailed to office@funtastickids.co.uk or brought to camp with you.
West Berkshire
Holiday Camp Venues: Burghfield St Mary’s CE Primary School, St Joseph’s Primary School, Springfield Primary School
You will need to be registered with West Berkshire Borough Council: https://www.westberks.gov.uk/article/40859/Holiday-Activities-and-Food-HAF-Programme who will be in touch with you via email and send you the link to the Holiday Activities booking system.
This Easter you are entitled to a maximum of 4 days of 9.30am – 3.30pm sessions. Once you have made your booking, this will then be approved on the Holiday Activities booking system by us. A healthy lunch is included in your child’s day.
Do not arrive at the Holiday Camp without confirmation of your booking.
Please note pending does not mean confirmed booking.

Any bookings over this entitlement or not made through the Holiday Activities booking system are chargeable to the parent/carer.
Wokingham
Holiday Camp Venues: Alder Grove CE Primary School, Earley St Peter’s CE Primary School, Emmbrook Infant School, Hawkedon Primary School, Hawthorns Primary School, Highwood Primary School, Loddon Primary School, Keep Hatch Primary School.
You will need to be registered with Wokingham Borough Council: https://www.wokingham.gov.uk/children-families-and-young-people/children-and-families/holiday-activities-and-food-programme who will be in touch with you via email and send you the link to the Holiday Activities booking system.
This Easter you are entitled to a maximum of 2 days of 9:30am – 3:30pm sessions at one of our Wokingham Holiday Camps. A healthy lunch is included in your child’s day. You will be asked whether your child will be having lunch provided by us or whether they will bring a packed lunch from home when you make a booking on Holiday Activities.
Once you have made your booking, this will need to be approved on the Holiday Activities booking system by us.
Do not arrive at the Holiday Camp without confirmation of your booking.

You will need to be registered with Bracknell Forest Council: https://www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk/schools-and-learning/schools/holiday-activities-and-food-programme who will be in touch with you via email and send you the link to the Eequ booking system.
This Easter you are entitled to a maximum of 4 days of 9:30am – 3:30pm sessions at one of our Bracknell Holiday Camps. A healthy lunch is included in your child’s day.
Once you have made your booking, this will need to be approved on the Eequ booking system by us.
Do not arrive at the Holiday Camp without confirmation of your booking.

Reading
Holiday Camp Venue: Whitley Park (HAF ONLY CAMP)

Here you can read the Parents & Carers page, visit Holiday Activity and Food where you will be able to download and complete an application form which you provide to your school.
If you are already registered, you will receive an email with a link to the Holiday Activities website.
This Easter we are only running at Whitley Park Primary School. You are entitled to a maximum of 4 days for 4 hours. This Easter we will be open Tuesday 7th – Friday 10th April 2026, 10am until 2pm. A healthy lunch is included in your child’s day.
We are not able to offer any additional days or hours.
Once you have made your booking, this will need to be approved on the Holiday Activities booking system by us.
Do not arrive at the Holiday Camp without confirmation of your booking.
